OBJECTIVE:

To make it easy for donors to make regular donations to the Foundation

ANSWERS TO: Donor Relations Manager

DESCRIPTION:

To enable donors to make their regular contributions seamless by reminding them of upcoming credit card expiration dates

TASKS:

• Contact donors via email, postal mail, or phone when appropriate, in order to ensure that their regular donations are not interrupted

REQUIRED RESOURCES: Private computer, phone, Skype, high-speed internet access, Microsoft Word

TRAINING/BRIEFING PROVIDED:

Training provided via phone or Skype by outgoing Donor Support volunteer

LOCATION: Virtual; within 2 hours of Central Standard Time; USA preferred

TIME COMMITMENT:

4-6 hours per week while learning role; subsequently 3-4 hours per week
