The Foundation has made three grants to aid people in the Philippines: in 2009 and in 2007 to typhoon victims, and in 2006, aid was provided to the survivors of mudslides in Leyte.

2007, February – Food and Water for Typhoon Victims in Daraga
TPRF provided a $3,000 grant to the Belen B. Francisco Foundation to provide food and water to victims of Typhoon Remind/Duran, which buried part of Daraga, a town in the Philippines, where more than 4,600 families and 27,000 people were left homeless.

2006, March – Food Aid for Survivors of Massive Mudslide in Leyte
TPRF made a $25,000 donation to the Philippine National Red Cross to feed 190 families for two months in the village of Guinsaugon in eastern Philippines.
